An unfiltered sounding board by Matthias Eger

If you can read people, you can fix systems.

The Essence.

Foundation & Structure

Today I am a manager for applied AI transformation (Chamber of Industry and Commerce). My career began deep in technology. As a system administrator, software developer, data engineer, and AI model builder, I learned how to construct systems from the ground up. But pure tech is blind. Over 14 years in information management as an employee in the Witt Group, I proved what loyalty means. I learned to translate between hardcore IT specialists and management as a conflict mediator. I know both worlds: the cold logic of code and the fiery dynamics of people.

System
Absturz.

True resilience is not learned in seminars. It is learned when your own system collapses. I have lived through profound crises: surviving toxic relationships, the pain of betrayal, burnout, depression, and finally a cancer diagnosis. I had to completely reboot myself. At the same time, I completely renovated a house, raised three children, and carried the responsibility as an agency owner and CEO of two companies. These scars are my true qualification. They allow me to talk to you without filters or bullshit.

The Unfiltered View

Long before today's AI boom, I ran a photography studio. From family portraits to artistic nudes—I had people in front of my lens in their most vulnerable and honest moments. I was the first in the region to hand over the digital files instead of clinging to outdated business models. Innovation means breaking the status quo. I bring this exact unfiltered, courageous perspective to our conversations today.
