What happens on our day?
I don't work from a rigid seminar syllabus. That would be a waste of time. Every Sparring Day dynamically adapts to what's on your table. But to give you a sense of how we work and what to expect, here is the fundamental DNA of our day together:
The Handshake & System Check
We get to know each other and check the chemistry. No bullshit bingo, no long preludes. We lay our cards on the table. If we realize in this half hour that it's not a fit or I can't help you, we stop. You don't pay a cent for my time. If it fits, we define exactly which knots we want to untangle today.
The Foundation & Analysis
We go where the chaos sits. We analyze your existing processes, your tools, and above all: your daily pain points. Where are you blocking yourself? Where are you burning time and money? We talk straight. I listen, sort out your mental merry-go-round, and we draft an initial strategic map.
The Cut
We deliberately take a break. A walk, a good meal. The brain needs time to process what has been discussed. Often, the best and clearest solutions emerge right here, away from the screen.
Operative & Hands-On
Now we get concrete. We go straight into the system. Live on the screen, working on your actual processes. I show you how to automate workflows with AI, how to use tools correctly, or how we restructure stuck processes. You see in real-time how we produce the first tangible results.
Summary & Exit
We make a hard cut. We summarize what we have achieved and define your concrete next steps for the coming days. After that, you close your laptop. No "just writing one more email." You are done for the day.
The day after.
I will send you the complete, transcribed protocol of our day. No detail gets lost. One day is often enough to untangle the knot. And if not: I won't leave you alone with the implementation. If you need a follow-up session for specific levers later on, I am here. We are building a real relationship, not a quick transaction.
